This Privacy Policy explains how Reply Ready ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when visitors interact with AI chat widgets powered by our platform on our clients' websites.
1. Who we are
Reply Ready is an AI lead capture platform. Our registered contact email is hello@reply-ready.co.uk.
2. What data we collect
When a visitor uses a Reply Ready powered chat widget, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of their conversation with the AI assistant
- The date and time of the conversation
We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
3. How we use this data
The data collected is used solely to:
- Allow the business whose website you visited to follow up with you about your enquiry
- Send you an automated follow-up email on behalf of that business
- Display lead information to the business in their Reply Ready dashboard
4. Who we share data with
Your data is shared only with:
- The business whose website you used — they can see your name, contact details, and conversation
- Anthropic — your conversation is processed by Claude AI (Anthropic's privacy policy applies)
- Resend — used to send follow-up emails (Resend's privacy policy applies)
- Supabase — used to store lead and transcript data securely
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data retention
Lead data and conversation transcripts are retained for as long as the business maintains their Reply Ready account. When a business cancels, their data is deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data

7. Security
We store all data on Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified platform. Access to lead data is protected by password authentication and rate limiting. We do not store data in plain text and do not log sensitive personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
