Reply Ready Growth · For ISO and compliance consultancies

Find the firms where a certificate is part of winning the work.

Describe the standards you help with. Growth looks for what organisations publish about certificates, tenders and customer requirements, shows the role that owns quality or compliance, and keeps facts apart from your own reading of timing.

This page is about you finding your customers. The businesses, people and messages shown are invented for illustration. No customer has endorsed Growth and nothing here is a live result.

1 · Target businesses

Who a compliance consultancy might look for

These are example kinds of organisation a consultancy could describe in a targeting profile. A certificate on a page is a public fact. Whether a renewal or a new standard is due is a hypothesis that Growth marks as one.

Suppliers selling to larger buyers

Engineering and manufacturing firms whose customers expect a quality or environmental standard.

Look for: certificates displayed with a date, supplier-requirement pages, customer logos on a quality page.

Construction contractors

Firms on frameworks where health and safety and environmental standards are required.

Look for: framework membership, accreditation pages, safety statements.

Software and data businesses

Suppliers whose enterprise customers ask about information security.

Look for: a trust page, an information security policy, a goal to pursue a standard.

Healthcare and care suppliers

Providers and suppliers handling personal data under regulation.

Look for: a named Data Protection Officer, data protection pages, quality statements.

What a targeting profile could say

2 · Buying roles

The owner of a standard depends on which standard

Quality standards usually sit with operations, security standards with IT or the board, and health and safety with a named manager. Growth names a role only where a public page states it, with the source.

If you sellISO 9001 quality management

  • Quality Manager
  • Operations Director
  • Managing Director (smaller firms)

A quality manager's role is often visible on a team page or a job advert.

If you sellISO 14001 and 45001

  • Health and Safety Manager
  • Environmental Manager
  • Operations Director

Contractors often publish a safety or environmental statement with a signatory.

If you sellISO 27001 information security

  • Head of IT
  • CISO or Information Security Manager
  • Chief Operating Officer

A trust page or tender response that cites security is a good public cue.

If you sellGDPR and data protection support

  • Data Protection Officer
  • Compliance Manager
  • Finance Director

A privacy page often names the DPO or a contact for data requests.

A role is shown as Confirmed only when a public page states it. Otherwise it is a Hypothesis or Unknown. Growth never guesses an email address.

3 · Evidence for fit

Certificates are facts; timing is your hypothesis

What Growth looks for

  • Certificates and accreditations the organisation displays, with any date shown
  • Customer or tender wording that names a standard as a requirement
  • A named quality, safety, security or data protection role and the page it appears on
  • A stated aim to pursue a standard, which is the organisation's own statement

What it will not claim

  • That a certificate is expired or about to expire: a date on a page does not show validity
  • That a firm is non-compliant with anything: Growth does not audit
  • Which certification body or consultant they use unless their own page says so

Every reason carries a basis: Confirmed from a saved page, Hypothesis which is reasoning, or Unknown which is simply not found.

4 · Outreach preparation

A first message tied to a standard they mention

The draft below is an example, written from the sample record for Stanmore Precision Fabrication. Growth drafts from the saved research; you edit, approve or skip.

Example draftTo: Operations Director, Stanmore Precision Fabrication
Hello, I saw Stanmore displays an ISO 9001 certificate and publishes its customers' quality requirements. We help fabricators prepare for surveillance audits without disrupting production. Would a short call be useful?

What the draft is built from

  • The certificate they publish, named plainly
  • A benefit tied to audit preparation, not a sales list
  • One small ask: a short call

What you control

  • You edit, approve or skip every draft
  • You send it yourself, from your own email
  • Nothing is sent in bulk and nothing is sent without your approval

5 · Replies, follow-ups and pipeline

Follow-ups that follow the audit cycle

Certification work is planned around audits and renewals. Growth keeps the reply and the date they mention together, so the follow-up lands when it is useful.

  1. Message sentYou send the approved draft from your own email.
  2. Reply recorded“Surveillance audit is in March. Call in January.”
  3. Follow-up setA reminder for January with the certificate evidence beside it.
  4. Proposal stageMoved to qualified once they ask for a scoped proposal.

The four stages in the workspace are Researched Contacted Replied Qualified. Examples above are illustrative. No reply rates or results are claimed.
